TCIS on Windows 11 (DRAFT)

Require:
(a) ax_install_x32.zip (plugin)
(b) Win11TCIS.reg (registry file)
(c) TCIS.url (shortcut to TCIS)
(d) TCIS.lnk (shortcut to TCIS)

1) Download (a) & (b).
2) Download (c) & (d) to Desktop.
3) Extract (a), then run 'Update.exe" as 'Administrator.'
4) DblClick file (b) and Accept import into Registry.
5) Open TCIS using (c) OR (d) from Desktop.
6) TCIS should open in Microsoft Edge for best compatibility. (rip IE)
